Hosting
This website runs on a virtual private server (VPS) that we operate ourselves at: Contabo GmbH Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany When you visit this website, your IP address is processed for technical reasons in order to deliver the page. We do not keep access logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Contabo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The connection to this website is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
Email provider
Our emails, including messages from the contact form, are processed and stored by: Heinlein Hosting GmbH (mailbox.org) Schwedter Straße 8/9A, 10119 Berlin, Germany The provider processes this data solely on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, message and the selected language are sent to our server and forwarded from there to us by email. We use this data only to answer your enquiry and send an automatic confirmation to the email address you entered. To prevent abuse, your IP address is processed briefly in the server's memory (for at most one hour) and is not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address, name, message content) will be processed to handle your enquiry. Data will not be shared with third parties; our email provider processes it only on our behalf. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Retention
We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the related correspondence as business letters for 6 years (§ 257 HGB) and tax-relevant documents for up to 10 years (§ 147 AO).
